Hurricane season: the Atlantic season runs June 1 to November 30, peaking from mid-August through October. Ships change course to avoid storms, which can mean a different port or an extra sea day. Travel insurance is a smart add-on for late-summer and fall sailings.

When to Book

Summer Bermuda sailings, especially family cabins and balconies, are best booked 9 to 12 months ahead. Spring and fall sailings often have good last-minute pricing, but the best cabins still go early. We watch fares after you book and can apply price drops or promotions when the cruise line allows it.

Departure Port Weather

Remember that you’re sailing from the Northeast. In April, May, October and November, the first and last days at sea can feel chilly and windy even when Bermuda is warm. Pack a jacket for deck time. See our Bermuda packing guide.
